Can I cancel an order?
The order will only be valid once the necessary files to begin work have been sent. If work has already begun, at least a partial payment will be required depending on its stage of completion.
How much leeway do you give yourself when making a video/thumbnail?
Video orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the publication date. Once the files have been sent and the material evaluated, we will let you know if it is possible to deliver it within that time.
What if I need to place an order on the weekend?
We can complete the order on weekends; an extra charge will be added for emergencies and work outside of normal business hours.
Is it possible to receive the video or thumbnail project?
At the moment it's not possible to submit the project for our services, but you have unlimited modifications!
Can I request an invoice?
Yes, we always work with invoices; you can request one per project or at the end of the month.
